This MaxLite wall switch sensor provides cost-effective automated lighting control for commercial and residential applications using PIR technology. With no neutral wire required and self-adaptive time delay adjustment, it simplifies retrofit installation while delivering energy-efficient operation that meets California Title 20/24, ASHRAE 90.1, and IECC code requirements.
